| What things have gone wrong with the car? | Large blind spots. Very fast. Tends to hesitate for a second when you floor it. Back seat is fit for an amputee, or maybe a couple of pet ferrets. The TRD action package option is expensive to replace when damaged. Rear TRD spoiler hinders rear view. You don't get in and out of the car so much as contort yourself in and out of it. Not recommended for the extremely tall or inflexible. The overdrive button is in a bad spot, it can be accidently disengaged at highway speeds when reaching to adjust temperature controls. After market support is a little hard to find. | |
| General comments? | Bought this car about four months ago. I am very impressed with the combination of fuel efficiency and performance. One rarely goes in hand with the other. I highly recommend this car if you like to be flashy, but don't want to support OPEC anymore than you have to. | |
| Previous car | This is my first Toyota. My last car in this class was a 1990 Honda Prelude SI, also a great thrill ride. | |
