| What things have gone wrong with the car? | Major tranny problem. Apparently the 2nd gear lock out failed and caused me to blow my engine 3 weeks after purchasing. I have also heard of this happening to other people. I wish Toyota would look into this problem a little closer, my estimated damages from 8-$10,000 to repair. Luckily warranty is covering it, but just this once. How many cars have you driven that will go from 3rd to 2nd, instead of 4th when 3rd gear is practically red lined. Be careful shifting to quikly. | |
