| | | General comments? | Reliability is unbeatable - I bought my car with 64K miles, it now has 85K, and haven't even been to a mechanic (though one of the dash lights has gone out and the engine revs high when it's cold, but it returns to normal within a few minutes). I love Toyotas for their reliable, dependable reputation, and I haven't been dissappointed in my car. The ST model has only a 1.8L 4 cylinder, and it's a tad gutless for my taste; it tops out at just over 100 mph, and by that time, it's revving pretty high. If you're looking for performance or a quick ride, go with a GT. All in all, an excellent car, and they're gonna last forever. Resale value is very high, even with 100K+ miles. Sweet car. | | | Previous car | Honda Civic - the Celica doesn't quite keep up with my brother's car, even though it's almost the same size engine. Like I've said, the performance on the ST is a tad dissappointing. |
